Abstract: Lujiang meteorite is a stony meteorite fallen in Lujiang County, Anhui Province. The major element compositions and the phase compositions of iron and nickle in the meteorite were analyzed by wet chemical methods, and the trace element compositions(including REE)were analysed by ICP-MS. According to the analytical results, some important chemical parameters of the meteorite have been obtained as follows: Al/Si=5.5%,Ca/Si=5.96%,(Fe-Ni)metal= 30.1 mg/g,Fetotal=213mg/g, Nitotal= 12.5mg/g,FeO/F= 0.66,FeO/(FeO+MgO)=28.75%,Fetotal/Si=6.32%,Fetotal/Si=58%. Consequently the meteorite should belong to LL group.
