摘要： 本文讨论了矿产资源开发利用的正、负价值问题，进一步建立了矿产资源开发利用系统价值模型，依此模型对矿产资源开发利用分为发展型、萎缩型及滞长型三类。
Abstract: In this paper we discuss the positive and negative values of utilization of the mineral resources, and establish the value model of resources utilization system. Based upon this model, the utilization of mineral resources can be classified into types of development, diminution and non-develop increment.
